"Motherhood Is My Ministry" Crew Neck

"And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up." Deuteronomy 6:5-7

This one's for Mom! 

[There are many days when I have asked the Lord to use me for His kingdom purposes. I wanted to do something good for God! For so long, I believed that it would be someday when my kids were older that I would have more time. 

Then, He showed me.

He showed me that He's already using me for something BIG! He gave me Motherhood. It's not preaching from a pulpit,  it's not big crowds, it's not a team working to create the perfect worship environment. Ministry starts with the simplest model of a mother (or father)to a child. It's preaching to an audience of one sometimes. It's worshiping in the vehicle on the way to the game. It's baking together.

From the moment I got this deep down in my heart, I was so humbled by how He chose this ministry for me! It's not perfect, but the fruit will come. There will come a day when you will see your child choose to give his life to the Lord, and you will see your child share Jesus with someone.

From one mom to another, I hope you get this message deep down in your heart too! I wear this sweater with pride because He gave me the best ministry - Kids.]            ~Dawson's Mom.
