Hey! My name is Dawson and I'm 12 years old (2025). Growing up, I have always had a passion for nature and the outdoors. Anytime I'm sitting around a fire I love getting a piece of wood to whittle something. I have been whittling pretty much since I was allowed to hold a knife. For the longest time it was just marshmallow roasting sticks. But it wasn't until this past winter (2025,) when I realized how much it meant to me. I had some stuff going with my health. I ended up with really high brain inflammation. Some of the symptoms I'd experienced were things like; an irrational fear of getting sick, a racing heart, and I always had many thoughts running through my mind. It felt excruciating most days, but when I picked up a piece of wood and a whittling knife, I felt at peace. Now I want to share my creations with you! I hope these pieces will inspire you. I hope that when other kids, or anyone for that matter, visit my store they feel encouraged that God has a plan for them too! Above all I want to give all the glory to God for getting me through a hard time and for giving and revealing to me my passion for woodworking.
